Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YABO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Project-specific obligations are defined only in signed agreements.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China unless otherwise agreed in a project contract. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
