FAQ

Hotel Furniture, FF&E and EPC Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Practical answers for hotel owners, developers and contractors comparing overseas furniture suppliers, mock-up approval, export packing, delivery and installation risk.

Do you offer custom hotel furniture and FF&E manufacturing for overseas projects?

Yes. YABO manufactures custom hotel furniture and FF&E for overseas projects, including guestroom casegoods, wardrobes, vanities, headboards, lobby millwork, restaurant furniture and loose seating. We work from your drawings or develop shop drawings from layouts, then confirm materials, dimensions, hardware and finishes through samples or a 1:1 mock-up before bulk production.

How do you ensure successful execution and installation of overseas projects?

We treat overseas execution as a project workflow, not only a shipment. Before production we align shop drawings, room numbers, packing marks and installation sequence. Before shipment we prepare export packing, container loading plans, commercial invoice, packing list and spare parts. During installation we support remote guidance or on-site coordination depending on project size and location.

As a direct-from-factory supplier, do you offer competitive pricing?

Factory-direct pricing helps, but the lowest unit price is not always the lowest project cost. We quote by drawings, BOQ, room count, materials, packing volume and destination. This lets owners compare cost per key, MOQ, freight and installation risk instead of comparing incomplete catalogue prices.

Do your products meet requirements for international export?

We can supply moisture-resistant substrates, fire-rated upholstery options, low-VOC finishes, anti-rust hardware and export-grade packing. Required documents depend on the destination and operator standard, so we confirm fire tests, material declarations, packing list and other compliance items before the final quotation.

What is the typical lead time for order delivery?

Most projects take 35–60 days after shop drawings, samples, deposit and production schedule are confirmed. Large hotels, resorts and serviced apartment furniture packages are usually split into batches by floor, room type or site readiness so the first shipment supports the opening schedule.
