We treat overseas execution as a project workflow, not only a shipment. Before production we align shop drawings, room numbers, packing marks and installation sequence. Before shipment we prepare export packing, container loading plans, commercial invoice, packing list and spare parts. During installation we support remote guidance or on-site coordination depending on project size and location.

Factory-direct pricing helps, but the lowest unit price is not always the lowest project cost. We quote by drawings, BOQ, room count, materials, packing volume and destination. This lets owners compare cost per key, MOQ, freight and installation risk instead of comparing incomplete catalogue prices.
