Standard cooperation workflow
Typical timeline for a full hotel FF&E or turnkey EPC package. Large resorts may run phases in parallel or by wing.

Design & BOQ confirmation
Layouts, material boards and shop drawings are prepared. A detailed BOQ locks specifications before production starts.

1:1 sample room approval
A full-scale mock-up room is built in our factory. Materials, dimensions and finishes are signed off to avoid costly site changes.

Contract & production plan
Payment milestones, lead time and batch delivery schedule are agreed. Raw materials are procured and production lines are scheduled.

Manufacturing & QC
Batch production with in-line quality checks, finishing inspection and pre-shipment review against approved samples.

Export packing & shipping
Export cartons, corner protection and container loading plans. Shipping documents and freight coordination to your port or site.

Delivery & installation
On-site receiving support, installation sequencing and finishing works by our self-owned teams or your local contractor under our guidance.

Handover & after-sales
Snag-list closure, spare parts list and warranty response. We stay available for replacements and operator maintenance questions.
Flexible for your opening schedule
Phased delivery by floor or zone is available for large hotels. Sample rooms can start before the full BOQ is frozen when the operator needs early brand approval.
